Managers confirm that their 265-room property now benefits from reduced heating and cooling costs, improved guest service and will have a smaller carbon footprint.

WIN helps managers at the Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown capture energy cost savings by monitoring occupancy in real time and controlling thermostat settings based on their status. With annual energy costs in excess of $2,000 per guest room for U.S. hotels, WiSuite’s systems rapidly reduce a property’s operating costs and deliver returns on investment in fewer than three years, on average.
